With the Team Blue capitulation and annexation into the UMA state. I hereby, proclaim the creation of a Greater UMA Empire. It is without a doubt that our newly acquired colonists will resist. We will ignore these revolts as we have the power to nullify any military action they can produce. Evidentially, it has no occurred to the colonial leaders that resisting UMA rule will only result in stricter action taken against them.
