Dear soldiers,

Hey guys Itachi here just letting you all know that I’m a temporary leader and I need to tell you this now before you all get mad at me. In my past experiance of leading UMA many soldiers have gotten mad at me for being too strict or in their words “mean”. Once again I will be a strict leader. If I’m telling you something don’t take it the wrong way, it is to HELP YOU. I’m going to turn you scrawny soldiers into supermen. If I demote you or do something to you I HAVE A REASON TO. If you can’t handle it then just leave UMA because you’re not a true soldier to the UMA. I might appear to be mean but if you are one of my friends you will know that I’m a fun guy to be around. In a way I’m like a therapist and you’re a person with many issues which I will fix.  

If you really care about UMA then be loyal, active, and (to me the most important) LISTEN TO ORDERS. If you’re the one giving orders when you’re not supposed to be then you’re going to be kicked/banned on chat and if you keep doing it then we’ll demote you.

If you can’t handle a strict leader like me then I suggest you leave now but it would be nice if you change yourself to be a better soldier and remember: IF I’M BEING STRICT TO YOU THEN SIMPLY LISTEN AND FOLLOW WHAT I SAY AND YOU’LL BE A TOP NOTCH SOLDIER.
