Underground Mafias Army

This week has marked a one year anniversary for me. It was one year ago that I returned to this army to help lead them out of its depression. When I came back to this army last June, UMA was in dire conditions. It had not had an event for almost two full months, leader changes were rampant. This army sat in one of its worst depressions in years. We were able to rise UMA out of the abyss. I cannot fully express how grateful I am to those who I have spent countless hours with working to improve this army for future generations. I am proud of the work we have done, to serve the army we all love, to understand the challenges, the threats, the opportunities we faced, and to make sure our interest and our values are respected on the world stage.

As I look back I am very proud of the work we have done. We have had many retired leaders over the past few months attempt to keep the flame going. I have always tried to maintain a sense of optimism. I am writing this now over a year later and I have much more optimism than when I began. I have seen day after day the many contributions that our soldiers have brought. We can ensure that this next generation can bring even more progress, prosperity, and peace.

I leave this army confident. Confident in the progress that is in motion. I will always be an advocate even after this resignation. It has been a challenging week saying good-bye to everyone. I am so grateful that I have had a chance to contribute to making this army stronger, safer, fairer, and better. Please know that I hope you will redouble your efforts to demonstrate unequivocally that we are the greatest army ever.

Tomorrow, I expect that you will continue the path set by us under the direction of the new leadership. I hope that this is done with the same professionalism and dedication that I have seen first hand. No matter who is elected to be the next Premier of the UMA, it is our duty to continue our rise. I will be sticking around to help the next Premier adjust into the transition. I will also make it a point to go to all of the battles. However, my time of policy making and actually leading UMA has come to an end.

There are many people that require much thanks from me for this past year. However, I have decided to limit this post to just my announcement of resignation. My thanks will be come following my retirement.
