Hello UMA,
I promised you to be a leader who would not quit, who feels your pain, and who shares your dreams and who draws his strength and his wisdom from you.
During the past year I’ve spoken to you on many occasions about UMA’s decline. Gradually, we have been slipping. we have seen glimmers of hope and we have seen times that were absolutely soul crushing.
UMA is near collapse. I began to ask myself the same question that I now know has been troubling many of you. Why have we not been able to get together to resolve our serious problem?
It’s clear that the true problems of our Nation are much deeper —deeper than CPAC rankings, recruitment issues, deeper even than our depression. And I realize more than ever that as Leader I need your help. So I decided to reach out.
We have about twenty days until I am able to Lead for the Summer. As you know that time is often a time of grandeur of this army. I am confident that this army will as always, rise to the occasion. Everyone from Daniel and myself to the veterans like Derek and Lild must work together. We must set aside our differences. We must work for the greater good of this army.
Simply put, it is not about us or our legacy. It is instead about the next leaders. It is my greatest dream that this army will have a line of succession of stable Leadership that alluded us for so long.
So what do you say? Will you work with me on getting through this month? Will you help the next generation?
