Owner Evaluations 4/16/14

Hey UMA,

I know the past 2-3 weeks have been tough for the 2ics considering the amount of demotions/promotions, so I can understand some of your grades, but anyway here are the evaluations.

Act Owner Regulations 2014

  • Be Active: If you’re inactive, you’ll be fired. You must attend most battles, and if you miss around three events in a week, you’ll probably be demoted.
  • Be Loyal: Accept your punishments. If you’re demoted for inactivity, face it. Try to work your way back up to the top. And also, we don’t accept people who leave us for other armies.
  • Post Once A Week: At least ONCE a week. It could be about anything: event results, motivation posts, or even guides on how to recruit. Just keep things professional!
  • Recruit: I want each owner bringing in at least one recruit a day. Comment on the Staff Site once you’ve brought someone in. Provide us with solid evidence of your hard work.
  • Be On Chat Whenever On XAT: It’s getting irritating seeing you guys online but not on chat. There’s no need for you to actively participate in discussions, but your presence online will automatically increase the chat size. We all know it’s better having one person on rather than none.
  • Not Cause Infighting: Seriously, don’t try to start debates. It’s not going to benefit anyone; someone’s going to be hurt at the end of the day, and the UMA won’t be in a better state.
  • Check The Staff Site Regularly: Respond to any issues that concern you. Information regarding the Staff Site is listed below.
  • Accept Punishment For Not Following The Above: You’ll be demoted/fired if you don’t adhere to the listed regulations. Don’t rage when you’re punished, no one’s going to want you as an owner if you do so.

Grading System

The above regulations have been used as a basis to determine the grading system for the owner evaluations, as seen below:

  • Activity is worth up to two marks.
  • Being loyal is worth up to one mark.
  • The amount of posts you make in a week are represented in your evaluation, so if you post once, you get one mark, or if you post four times, you get four marks.
  • Recruiting is worth up to four marks.
  • Being on chat whenever on XAT is worth up to one mark.
  • Not causing infighting is worth up to one mark.
  • Checking the staff site regularly is worth up to one mark.
  • Any leader can give you an additional mark if they feel you are performing well.

Grade Boundaries

  • 12+ Marks = A+
  • 10-11 Marks = A
  • 8-10 Marks = B
  • 6-7 Marks = C
  • 4-5 Marks = D [Warning, must improve or face demotion]
  • 3 Marks = E [Demotion]
  • 1-2 Marks = Fail [Fired]

The Evaluations

Like I said before, due to the amount of change in the 2ics lower grades will be accepted, but if improvements do not occur it will result in a demotion.

Conclusion

Not bad considering the changes in the ranks this week, but next time I would like to see more A’s. I hope to see these owners stay with us for a while and I would also like to say congratulations to Mikey and Cheedu1. There is always room for improvement. Last month’s evaluations can be seen here.

How was this post? Please tell me how I can improve.

  1. All 2ics please comment

  2. Even if we have only been in UMA as a owner rank for 12 hours? Lol.

    • Yeah, I wanna see how you plan to get a good grade for the next evaluation.

      • Very well, I plan on using my skills from old armies I once lead like SWAT, to help rise UMA. I plan on being as active as possible, recruiting and teaching others to recruit, teach new people about cp armies and UMA, teach UMA some tips and battle stratagies, and more.

  3. thx for giving me A grade,I’ll try my level best to hold events in the coming weeks for UMA

  4. Thanks for an A,ill try my best to check the site as much as I can.

  5. […] Although I don’t know the owners as well as I did during my last evaluation, I feel that I graded everyone fairly. I would also like to say congratulations to Paco & Step on their A’s. Remember that you can always improve and become a better owner. I would like every owner to comment on how they plan to improve even if they got an A. The last owner evaluation can be viewed here.
