Hello UMA,
Since June when I returned to UMA, my role has been minimal. I have for the most part, overseen the activities and helped coordinate events. I have only lead vicariously, through other people. While this has been able to maintain UMA’s status, it has prevented us from growing.
That is why I have come to the conclusion that I, myself, must personally resume command of the UMA’s US Division. I will serve as both the head of government and as division head. My duties as division head will be split with Loot. I have drafted a plan of action following this that will be posted shortly. My first course of action involves restructuring the ranks of our division.
