In order for the Underground Mafias Army to become stronger, we need to set many different goals. One of our most important goals is our ‘ Recruiting Goal ‘. I have seen that before events, many Owners/Moderators are not recruiting. This is not acceptable.
This is how our ‘ Recruiting Goal ‘ is going to be done:

The Weekly Goal:
Owners: 1 Recruit Per Day * 7 Days a Week * 15 Owners = 105 New Recruits
[All Owners are required to recruit before all events.]
[Owners are required to recruit AT LEAST 1 troop per day.]

Auto-Typing:
Always be auto-typing when you are “AFK” or on “BRB”. This is how many armies today are becoming bigger and stronger. Be sure to do this on a 5-bar server.

Friends-List:
Your friends are always willing to help you, only if they are true friends. PC them and ask them to help right before events, and maybe you can convince them to join the Underground Mafias Army.

If we can all pull together and do this, we can accomplish new heights. We can have that ‘ Platinum Age ‘ we all have been wondering about. Together, we can make the Underground Mafias Army a big hit.
