[AUSIA] Adding Outback to the Union

Hello UMA,

The third attack on the Miners was the invasion of the server ‘Outback’. It was an AUSIA event, so I wasn’t expecting amazing sizes, and I was right. We got a maximum size of six, with perfect tactics and no opposition.
